Do I have to pay for shipping? 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49, for every product under $49 we charge a flat rate of $15.

Due to the sheer size, weight and unpredictable shipping rates of the Mastodon batting cage, we do charge shipping on this product.

 

How long will it take to ship my package?

Your product will usually ship with 1-3 business days after your initial purchase. Shipping times can take  between 3-5 business days, depending on distance and shipping method. 

 

How long do freight shipments take to arrive?

Any products that are shipped through freight may take up to 7 business days of transit.

 

Do I have to pay for lift gate service on freight shipments?

Yes, if the driver offers you lift gate and you accept it, you will have to pay this. We will NOT pay for lift gate service. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

When we ship your order, we will update you with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order with your tracking number, or by inputting your order number here. Alternatively, you can ask for an order update with our chat app, in the lower right hand corner of this screen.

 

How do I update, cancel or request a refund on my order? 

If you want to update or cancel your order, please call us at (888) 466-0009, email us at support@anytimebaseballsupply.com, or request cancellation/ refund from the instant chat app in the bottom right hand corner of this screen.

 

What if my item arrives damaged? 

If your item arrives damaged please take pictures of it and send them to support@anytimebaseballsupply.com. We will assist you in returning it and exchanging it for a new product.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and we have third party financing setup through Klarna

Do you accept purchase orders?

What if my card gets declined? 

If your card gets declined, please give us a call at (888) 466-0009 and we can try to run it as a manual order. Chances are, you may have to contact your bank to get authorization for high priced orders. 

 

Do you sell and ship outside of the USA? 

If you are outside of the U.S.A. please call or email us to see if we can ship to your country.
