As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product as soon as possible. All products usually ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to let you know. If you decide to wait for the backordered product to come back into stock, we will capture the payment and your card will be charged. Items in stock can take 1-3 business days to ship. - Offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery.

Damages
Before accepting any package, be sure to thoroughly inspect your item for damages. In the event that your package is damaged, take photos of the item and send them to support@anytimebaseballsupply.com. We will begin the return process and provide a return label free of cost to you.
30 Day Returns and Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancelled orders will be returned to the card that the order was placed on. You have 30 days from the day you received your order to return your product. If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a restocking fee will be charged to the card on file and you will be required to pay for return shipping on the product. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on Sports Attack orders.

Thanks for contacting Pitch Pro. The timing for replacement of the wheel will really be dependent on how often you used it. Though replacements are available and prebalanced with instructions at 139.95 currently.

What are the speeds of each number on the dial? Which setting would be 35mph?

For 35 MPH you need to dial the knob near the middle of the slowest and highest setting. -
what size generator do you need with this machine (1st pitch model)

The ideal generator for this machine would be at least 1200w - 2000w with inverter technology and also this machine runs on 110v AC.

Can this throw real baseballs?
Hi,
Yes, it can.
However, real baseballs have protruding seams that may casue pitches to be inconsistent.
In general, it is recommended to use leather baseballs with flat seams for accurate pitches from wheel type pitching machines. -

Yes, this machine should also be able to throw 11" real softballs, what the manufacturer recommends however is you use low/flat seamed balls or pitching machine balls for more accuracy.

Thanks for dropping by, you should be able to use real softballs on this machine, the manufacturer would recommend using pitching machine balls like the low seamed ones and this machine also comes with attachments or the feed tubes for both baseball and softball. -
I have this machine but my tire has gone flat and I can't seem to pump it back up as it is loose off the rim on one side. Can I fix it or do I need a replacement?

I believe that can be fixed.
Unfortunately, First Pitch who makes those machines have temporarily closed down.
I would recommend getting that checked by a tire expert. -
Do you sell the ring ( ball feeder ring) on the kick plate separate? If so how much?
